Unlike our other varieties, Cremazzurro is made with 100% Vietnamese Robusta beans. They are what give it its special full body and spicy, almost tobacco-like flavour, with a sweetness that reminds you of semisweet chocolate. But most of all, Cremazzurro stands out with its firm, fine-pored crema you can almost rest an espresso spoon on. Naturally, it is this crema that gives this unique espresso its name.
