Ingredients
3 cl Alfredo Espresso
3 cl cream liqueur
2 cl Jameson Crested Ten
1 cl Kahlua coffee liqueur
3 cl coconut syrup
2 cl cream
8 cl pineapple juice
1/4 slice pineapple
Cocktail cherry
Pineapple leaf
4 espresso beans
Preparation
Make a fresh espresso and let it cool. Place the other ingredients in a shaker, adding the cooled espresso last. Shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds and fill into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with pineapple slice and cocktail cherry. Decorate by laying a pineapple leaf across the top of the drink and placing 4 espresso beans onto it.
